The reasoning of the judgment of this court is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, and such reasoning is cited pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure

(No. 15, 16 of the evidence duly admitted and examined by the first instance court is hard to change the facts or judgments recognized by the first instance court even if the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff was presented to this court, and there is no error as alleged by the Plaintiff as the grounds for appeal). Thus, the first instance court is justified, and all of the appeals by the Plaintiff are dismissed, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
