A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging sexual traffic (such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic) (hereinafter “D”), as a person operating a sexual traffic business establishment located on the 1st underground of the incheon-si C, and around July 11, 2017, the defendant provided that half of the 100,000 won (in the case of similar intercourses, 80,000 won) issued by the male customers in the above business establishment as intermediary fees and shall pay half of the remaining half to the female employees, etc., and provided that the female employees may engage in sexual intercourses or similar intercourses with the male customers (the act of investigating the sexual organ of the male guest by hand and scambling it) from March 10, 2017 to September 12, 2017.

No person in violation of the Educational Environment Protection Act shall operate a business to provide services in an educational environment protection zone where physical contacts between unspecified persons or sexual acts, such as exposure to sealed parts, are conducted, or any other similar acts are likely to be conducted;

Nevertheless, from March 10, 2017 to September 12, 2017, the Defendant was equipped with 6 rooms sealed in Bupyeong-si C, which are educational environment protection zones, and one shower box, and operated sexual traffic business establishments so that male customers who find their places may engage in sexual intercourse or similar behavior as described in the above paragraph (a).
