Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Criminal facts

No person other than any corporation may conduct the security business, and any corporation that intends to conduct the security business shall obtain permission from the local Commissioner General of the National Police Agency having jurisdiction over the location of the principal office of such corporation by specifying the security business.

The Defendant, from around January 30, 2007, operated an individual entrepreneur called “C” on the 6th floor of Seoul Mapo-gu building, and around January 30, 2016, entered into a contract (price 1,353,000) under which ten security guards are placed to provide personal protection services at a temporary general shareholders’ meeting on February 5, 2016 between F (person in charge) and F (G). On March 25, 2016, the Defendant entered into a contract under which six security guards are placed to provide personal protection services at a shareholders’ general meeting of shareholders on March 25, 2016 (price 792,000).

In this respect, the Defendant run the security business without obtaining a license.
