Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From July 24, 2015, the Defendant is a person who actually operates a restaurant in a place of business (2.30 square meters in size) with a trade name “C” in Gwangju-gu, Seo-gu.

A person who cooks and sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof pursuant to the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products shall not make a false indication of the country of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion with the country of origin.

Nevertheless, from September 4, 2015 to July 28, 2017, the Defendant purchased 300 km (500 g (500 g) mixed with New Zealand and Australia (hereinafter referred to as “import acid”) at a betast Co (State) located in 326-1 located in the Northern-dong, Northern-dong, 326-1, respectively, in a 880,000 won and double 250 g (487 g (487 g) multiplied by small 292.2 g (487 g) and sold to many unspecified consumers, and then, “low business establishments” within a business establishment multiplied by 100% in Korea.
