The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant did not pay the wages, shutdown allowances, and retirement allowances of 5 workers within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement on the date of payment as shown in the attached Form.

2. That the withdrawal of a petition has been submitted to the court with the purport that all five workers who have reasons for dismissing the public prosecution do not want the punishment of the defendant;
