Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance regarding the instant case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the following modification of the judgment as to the claim of the principal lawsuit according to the reduction of the Plaintiff’s purport of the claim. Thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and the defendant's counterclaim claim shall be dismissed as it has no ground. Thus, the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it has no ground.
However, the judgment of the court of first instance was modified in accordance with the plaintiff's claim reduction.
