Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Power of a repeated crime] On December 2, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a period of one year and six months at the Gwangju District Court for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapon, etc.) and completed the execution of the sentence on November 26, 2016.
[Criminal facts]
1.
