Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Around 17:58 on January 27, 201, the Defendant visited “B” (C, D, and E) the Internet private sports soil site (hereinafter “B”), and deposited KRW 200,000 to H account in the name of G, designated by the said site operator as the gambling fund deposit account, and deposited the corresponding game money. The Defendant deposited KRW 20,000,000 in the said site as the result of the games, such as a domestic camping district, deaf-gu, Lone Star, and Lone Star, and deposited the amount of dividends equivalent to the dividend rate, in a way that he receives dividends and loses the money of betting if he/she loses the money of betting. From January 27, 2011 to December 30, 2013, the Defendant deposited KRW 200,000,000,0000,0000,0000,000 won, as above, through the sports website’s 25,3850,000.
