The defendant shall be innocent.

1. 2. 3. In full view of the following facts and circumstances revealed through the records of judgment, it is reasonable to view that the Defendant’s act constitutes a justifiable act that does not go against social norms or self-defense.

The defendant and E are siblingss of D.

E, while living together in the above B building C, a mother-friendly D’s residence, requested the defendant to leave D, and the defendant visited the above residence on the day of the instant case.

The defendant and E had a dispute over the problem of hospitalization of a convalescent hospital in the above dwelling area, and D was beyond the process of speaking.

The defendant makes a statement that E was pushed ahead of D.

On the other hand, the Defendant: (a) prevented her mother-friendly E; (b) led E to a room; (c) threatened the Defendant with a knife knife; and (d) caused the Defendant’s left-hand part by the end of the knife knife knife; and (b) during that process, the Defendant appears to have flabed and pushed off
