The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just to have rejected the defendant's assertion about the mental and physical disorder on the grounds of its stated reasoning, and there is no error as otherwise alleged in the grounds

In addition, considering various circumstances, such as the Defendant’s age and behavior intelligence and environment, relationship with victims, motive means and consequence of the instant crime, the circumstances after the crime, etc., it is extremely unreasonable to maintain the judgment of the first instance that sentenced the Defendant to 20 years of imprisonment, even if considering the circumstances asserted by the Defendant and the defense counsel.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
