A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 20, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a Crdler vehicle at the section of approximately 2 km from the front side of the intersection in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Sastdong to the Olympic Games around 11:40 on the same day without obtaining a driver’s license on June 20, 2013.

2. On June 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) operated a Switzerland car without a driver’s license at around 11:40 on June 20, 2013; (b) proceeded along the five-lanes of the above five-lane road from the Han River Zone as a 5th line road in the Han River Zone in Dongjak-gu Seoul, Seoul; (c) although the Defendant had a duty of care to safely drive the car and prevent the accident by driving the car in a safe way while driving the car at the Han River Zone, he neglected the duty of care to prevent the accident by driving the car in advance; and (d) the Defendant was driving the Switzerland car at the front part of the vehicle operated by the Defendant, but did not go through the 2nd part of the vehicle operated by the Defendant; and (e) the 5nd part of the 2nd part of the Switzerland which was driven by the victim with the front part of the vehicle operated by the Defendant.

In the end, the Defendant suffered from the victim D’s occupational negligence such as the injury of climatic salt in need of approximately four days of treatment, and the injury of climatic salt in need of approximately seven days of treatment to the victim F.
