1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The relevant plaintiffs and network D (hereinafter “the deceased”) of the parties are the parents of the defendant B, and the defendant C is the wife of the defendant B.

The Deceased died on February 13, 2010.

B. The Plaintiff and the Deceased’s deposit account in each of the Defendants’ names 1) From November 26, 2006 to January 2, 2007, the Plaintiff and the Deceased totaling KRW 113,700,000 (hereinafter “instant KRW 113,700,000”) in each of the Defendants’ respective deposit accounts in the Defendants’ name.

On November 26, 2006, the details of deposits were as follows. On December 26, 2006, Defendant C (National Bank, Bank, E), Defendant C (National Bank, Bank, Bank, and Bank) 20,000,000 on December 26, 2006, Defendant C (National Bank, Bank, and Bank) 17,000,000,000 on December 28, 2006, Plaintiff C (National Bank, and National Bank, and Defendant C (F), Defendant C (Bank, Bank, and Bank) 2,70,000,000,000 won on April 20, 2007, Plaintiff C (hereinafter “Defendant C”) 2,700,000,000 won on December 1, 2007, Plaintiff C, Defendant C’s 1,000,008,308,208,201 and Nonparty C’s deposit account on December 30, 20007.

Specific deposit details shall be as follows:

On March 1, 2008, Defendant B (bank bank, E), 50,000,000 on August 1, 2008, the deceased Defendant B (bank and E) 20,000,000 on March 1, 2008

C. From February 22, 191 to December 10, 2012, the Defendants deposited a total of KRW 186,90,000 in the national bank account (Account Number G) in the Plaintiff’s name.

Specific deposit details are as shown in attached Form 4.

Plaintiff

The Defendants’ withdrawal details on the Korea Light Bank’s deposit account in the name of the Plaintiff from February 17, 2006 to May 20, 2013 to the Korea Light Bank’s deposit account (Account Number H) No. 4, and the Ministry of Health and Welfare from this court.
