Basic Facts
At around 00:20 on March 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) called the victim D (the 23 years old at that time; hereinafter referred to as “victim”) who had been employed in the business trip-based service at the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, the Defendant started the victim who responded to the said call “a person who has raised a house to the longer reduction of the money” and started the victim who responded to the call on the said Bosch Rexton car.
Around 05:00 on March 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) expressed the re-teled phone of E, the president of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the head of the business trip; (b) demanded that the victim, who was in mind, return to the Republic of Korea as soon as possible; and (c) 950,000 won in cash, demanded that the victim meet the Defendant’s demand; and (d) once the victim responded to the demand, and expressed an Afac and complaint, the victim was in custody of the vehicle, with a dangerous object in the vehicle, i.e., the vehicle’s knife-kick (20 cm a day, the total length of 35 cm) taken the victim’s body, etc., and “I want to inquire about this two years, and this knife, we may ask the victim without knowledge of it.” Here, I would like to see the victim’s rape, i.e., sexual intercourse with the victim’s body.
From March 21, 2013 to March 21, 2013, the Defendant raped the victim with a deadly weapon in total seven times.
In addition, the defendant from around 00:20 on March 18, 2013 to around 00:20 on the same paragraph as the above paragraph (a), on the ground that the victim was not heard by the defendant since around 05:00 on March 18, 2013 when the defendant was carrying the victim on the car in the same manner as above, the defendant threatened the victim as above on the ground that the victim was not heard by the defendant's horse at the time of the Danan-gun of Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun around 05:00 on March 18, 2013, and bold the victim's hand over to the cable line with the cable back to the victim's hand over, and detained the victim from the vicinity of the Asan-si on March 23:30, 2013 to the time of leaving the victim.
