1. The defendant shall receive KRW 50,000,000 from the plaintiffs, and at the same time, shall be attached to the forest E in Gyeonggi-gun E, Gyeonggi-do, and 12,95 square meters.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On September 10, 2015, Plaintiff A entered into a sales contract with F, the agent of the Defendant clan, who was delegated by the Defendant clan with the authority to sell 12,995 square meters of forest land E (hereinafter “instant real estate”) owned by the Defendant clan, and with the following terms (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
The subject matter of sale: 70,000,000 won for intermediate payment of KRW 13,00,000 for intermediate payment of KRW 13,00,000 for intermediate payment of KRW 50,00 for each payment of KRW 50,00,00 for each payment of KRW 50,00 on September 15, 2015 when entering into a contract: Plaintiff B and Plaintiff C

2. According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the defendant clan shall receive 50,00,000 won from the plaintiffs, except in special circumstances, and at the same time, the defendant clan shall be obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership based on the sale contract of this case with respect to the portion of "bb" 3,306 square meters in the ship connecting each of the items of the attached drawings among the real estate of this case in sequence, which is 1, 23, 22, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 1.
3. Judgment on the defendant's assertion
A. The president G of the Defendant’s clan for the Defendant’s assertion is F, and the lower part of the instant real estate is not more than 1,000 square meters, the lower part of the instant real estate.
