【Criminal Power】 On July 14, 201, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment with prison labor at Suwon District Court for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts at Public Smuggling Places), and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on April 9, 2012.

【Criminal Facts】

1. At around 20:00 on August 4, 2012, the Defendant discovered that the key to the G Donasa car, the victim F, is posted at the Yanannam-gun Epenta-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and used any cresh outside the surrounding area, stolen the said car, which is the victim’s possession, by driving the said car at the front way of the community credit cooperative at around 21:57 on the same day, by driving the said car.

2. On August 4, 2012, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.194% at around 0:57 on August 4, 2012 and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license). On August 21:57, 201, the Defendant driven G small-type car at approximately 300 meters from the front day of the new luminous frequency ray to the front day of the same Ri community credit cooperatives.

3. On August 4, 2012, at around 22:50 on August 4, 2012, the Defendant damaged public goods, the police officers, within the Happa-gun Police Station in Happa-gun, Happa-gun, Happed on the ground that the police officers were able to lock the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant has harmed the utility of goods used by public offices.
