1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 10, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of Claim: The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant on October 14, 2005, including a loan, etc., and this court rendered a favorable judgment against the plaintiff on April 14, 2005, stating that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 284,382,194 won and 201,310,469 won among them at the rate of 25% per annum from April 13, 2005 to the day of full payment." The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time. The plaintiff filed the lawsuit of this case for the extension of the extinctive prescription period against the above favorable judgment, and the plaintiff sought payment of the amount as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article as part of the claim under the above favorable judgment (the loan of 284,382,194 won and 201,31,310,310,47, 384, 206, 384, 2015).
