Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a resident of dtel 413, who is in charge of the advisory office of the Dtel, and actually controls the autonomous committee, and the defendant B works as a technician for the machine equipment of the Dtel under the jurisdiction of (ju) E from December 1, 2009 to January 25, 2012.
From January 26, 2012, the head of the management office employed by the autonomous committee has been working until now.
The victim F and G are the representative director of each (ju) E, and the Gangseo-gu Officetel service management is conducted.
1. Interference with business;
A. From January 19, 2012 to December 20, 2012, Defendant A broadcasted for the occupants of the building on five occasions in total, including “H (I)” and “I (I (I) if the payment of management fees has been deferred due to the expiration of the period of management services, if you ask questions as to the payment of management fees,” thereby hindering legitimate business affairs concerning the collection of management fees for the said building.
B. At around 11:00 on February 16, 2012, Defendant B: (a) collected 317 copies of the item of the management fee, which was sent to the residents of Dotel in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, without permission, from (b)E to collect 317 copies of the item of the management fee, thereby hindering the collection of the management fee for E.
2. On January 24, 2012, Defendant A damaged property by replacing the key to the entrance of the said office with the market price of KRW 50,000,00,000, without obtaining the consent of Section 50,000 from the office office for management of officetel in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
