Defendant is a member of a political party E.

No one shall distribute, post, spread, screen, or run an advertisement, personnel management place, poster, photograph, document, drawing, picture, printed matter, recording tape, or other similar things, which includes contents supporting, recommending, or opposing a political party or candidate with the intention of influencing an election from 180 days before the election day to the election day, or which indicates the name of a political party or candidate, and have another person make contributions, or have another person make contributions, for the candidate or political party to which he/she belongs, in connection with an election.
