A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who provided real estate brought by a person who wants to obtain a loan to an intermediate enterprise and used it for a loan, etc. with the payment for the security given by the intermediate enterprise, with regard to the demand of an intermediate enterprise for security at the time of delivery of the goods.

Accordingly, the Defendant, along with the AX introduced through E, provided a third party with AY-owned AY apartment 1, 310, Dongdong-gu, Busan, AY-gu, with no consent from the mother of AY, and provided a loan to AX-related money, and conspired to receive the introduction fee.

1. On November 15, 2014, the Defendant forged private documents, along with AX, enter the name-free certified judicial scrivener in the non-name-free restaurant located in the Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, in the application form for registration of the establishment of the right to collateral security, the Defendant stated “AY”, “BA”, “BA”, “BA”, “BA”, and “AY-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si”, “AY-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si,” and written in the application form for registration of the right to collateral security in the name and address column.

AY affixed a seal imprint.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with AX, forged an application for registration of the establishment of a right to collateral security in the name of AY, a private document related to rights and obligations, and one proxy letter.

2. On November 18, 2014, the Defendant held the above investigation document: (a) at the registry office of the Busan District Court located in the Busan BY-dong, Busan District Court; and (b) at the staff of the certified judicial scrivener.
