Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment for three years and six months, and by imprisonment for one year and six months, respectively.
However, as to Defendant B, the same shall apply.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
On June 18, 2013, A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for not more than six months in the High Court for Armed Forces for Armed Forces, and the execution of the sentence was completed on August 8, 2013 by the Army Prison.
1. Defendant A 2013 Gohap114;
A. At around 01:00 on November 19, 2013, the Defendant met with the Victim F (15 years of age) and G, as soon as possible, in the passage of the stairs of the first floor of the E building in the East Sea.
After having taken three times the above victim's buck, the Defendant saw the above victim and G with HGra A 102 at the same time in the East Sea, and saw the victim's face by hand while drinking alcohol for about five hours in the ward or communicating with the above victim, and assaulting the above victim by walking the bucks.

C.
