A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months and by imprisonment for ten months with prison labor for the crime No. 2 in the judgment of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in Western Branch of the Daegu District Court on July 19, 2013. The judgment became final and conclusive on October 5, 2013, and the execution of the sentence terminated on November 27, 2013.

1. Around January 2013, the Defendant was punished for committing a crime, such as receiving a mobile phone by reporting a loan advertisement posted on the Daegu Intersection, with the intention to provide a loan to C, etc., by using the personal information of C acquired at the time, and had the intent to purchase profits by selling it.

On January 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered into a lease agreement with 1,190,000 won of water purifiers at the market price of 2,190,000 won and 5,10,000 won under the name of the victim C; and (b) obtained water purifiers from D after receiving the goods; and (c) acquired the goods from around that time to February 26, 2013 in the same manner, as shown in attached Table 1, goods equivalent to KRW 13,143,00 for four times in total, as shown in attached Table 1.

(However, the date and time of the crime in Nos. 1 3 and 4 shall be deemed to be a clerical error in February 5, 2013 and February 26, 2013, and thus, shall be corrected as above). 2. The defendant was under investigation by the Daegu District Prosecutors' Office on the criminal facts that he/she installed water purifiers, etc. at the victim D's house using his/her personal information and acquired profits from selling them in another place.
