Punishment of the crime

On April 28, 2019, at around 22:48, the Defendant driven a F rocketing car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.187% without obtaining a driving license from around 800 meters to the front of the “C cafeteria” road located in Busan-gun B, Busan-gun.
