A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
[2019고단479] 피고인은 2018. 12. 25. 00:05경 안산시 상록구 B에 있는 C노래연습장에서, 자신의 지갑을 잃어버렸다며 112신고를 하였는데 112신고를 받고 출동한 안산상록경찰서 D파출소 소속 경장 E, 순경 F이 피고인의 진술을 청취하고 현장에서 지갑을 찾아보았으나 찾지 못하여 피고인에게 분실신고 절차에 대해 안내를 한 후 순찰차를 타고 현장을 떠나려고 하자 화가 나, 발로 순찰차의 우측 앞 범퍼 부분을 찼고, 이에 위 E이 순찰차에서 나오자 양손으로 E의 멱살을 잡아 수회 흔들었으며, 위 F이 이를 제지하려고 하자 주먹으로 F의 좌측 얼굴 부위를 1회 때렸다.

1. On March 3, 2019, from around 01:20 to 01:41 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant entered the guest room operated by the victim H in Ansan-gu G in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and entered the guest room with other customers under the influence of alcohol, and caused the toilets to leave the room, such as giving sound to customers and taking a bath.
