1. The defendant shall sell to the plaintiff the management number, racing tax, and real estate B by the Korea Asset Management Corporation.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff’s right to collateral security 1) As to the land D, E, and its ground buildings and factory facilities (hereinafter “instant real estate”) owned by Youngcheon-si, the Plaintiff’s ownership of C
(2) On March 6, 2015, the Plaintiff concluded a mortgage contract with C on March 19, 2013, and completed the registration of creation of a mortgage in the vicinity of the debtor C and the maximum debt amount of 1.3 billion won. (2) As of May 6, 2015, the Plaintiff, as the secured claim based on the foregoing mortgage, owned the principal amount of KRW 1,070,389,743, interest of KRW 197,48,90, total of KRW 1,267,838,643.
B. The Defendant’s provisional attachment C operated the workplace under the trade name of “F,” and the Defendant is an employee of the said workplace.
Five workers including the Defendant (Defendant, G, H, I, and J) provisionally seized the instant real estate based on the Daegu District Court Order 2014Kadan704 Decided February 6, 2014, on the ground that the sum of the overdue wage claims KRW 77,606,370, is the claim amounting to the amount in arrears.
The detailed details of the amount of claims by worker, who is the creditor of the above provisional attachment decision, are as follows:

C. 1) Public sale of the instant real estate due to C’s default on national taxes, the Korea Asset Management Corporation, Daegu Northern District Headquarters, Daegu Northern District Headquarters management number, racing tax, and B real estate auction procedure (hereinafter “instant public sale procedure”).
(2) The completion date of the instant public auction procedure is April 28, 2014.
3. The Plaintiff is a mortgagee of the instant real estate during the instant public auction procedure.
