The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is that the lower court’s punishment (two million won of fine) is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment can be taken into account: (a) the circumstances in which the Defendant led to the Defendant to commit a crime; (b) the Defendant was given a confession of a crime; and (c) the Defendant was given medical treatment for a wound in the past; (d) however, there were the past records of having been punished for a crime of the same kind; and (e) the amount of fine sentenced by the lower court was reduced by a fine under a summary order; and (e) other factors of sentencing indicated in the pleadings, such as the Defendant’s age, character, conduct, family environment, etc.

Therefore, the defendant's assertion is not accepted.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
