Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:30, and around 77, at the bus stops in front of the bus stoping 51 times a bus driven by the victim B (the age of 45) for getting off or getting off the passenger; (b) however, the victim was able to take off the bus in front of the bus, but the bus shuts down the door after having known of it; (c) the Defendant was able to turn on his hand as he was boarding the bus and getting off the passenger; and (d) the victim was knick by hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.
