A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

A singing practice room business operator shall not sell alcoholic beverages to customers.

On April 13, 2017, the Defendant violated the code of practice by selling four cans for 12,000 won to four customers who visited the above singing practice room on April 13, 2017.
