1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Indication 3 of the attached drawings among the fourth floor of the building of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government five stories;
4. 7, 6, 5, and 3.
Reasons
1. Indication of Claim: On October 22, 2012, the Defendant indicated the attached Form 3 among the fourth floor of the building of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 5th floor from the Plaintiff.
4. A deposit of KRW 4,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 450,000, and the period from October 25, 2012 to June 25, 2012 is leased and resided in the Republic of Korea in the order of 7,6,50,000 square meters in part of 401 square meters connected each point of 7,6,55, and 3. From January 25, 2014 to June 25, 2015, the rent of KRW 6,750,000 was not paid for 15 months.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff terminated the lease agreement and filed a claim against the Defendant for the payment of the amount calculated by applying the rate of KRW 450,000 per month from June 26, 2015 to June 26, 2015.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3, and Articles 194 through 196 of the Civil Procedure Act.
