A. The Defendant in violation of the Fishery Resources Management Act and the Food Sanitation Act, along with the former KK, is a person who operated a cafeteria with the trade name “M” from around October 2012 to around March 27, 2017.

No one shall possess, distribute, process, keep, or sell fishery resources captured and collected in violation of an order issued under the Fishery Resources Management Act or products thereof, and food service providers and employees shall not use or sell wild animals captured and collected in violation of the Protection and Management of Wild Fauna and Flora Act for manufacturing or processing food.

Defendant, along with the above K, purchased and cooked the mincing machine illegally captured at the above 'M' restaurant, and sold to many unspecified customers on May 6, 2015, the Defendant was detained under suspicion of violation of the Fishery Resources Management Act, etc., and the Defendant, around that time, told the above K, who had opened in the Ulsan-do detention center, to the effect that the 'M' restaurant is operated by changing the name of the business operator and operating the 'M' restaurant' restaurant.
