Punishment of the crime

On March 11, 2013, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million by the Changwon District Court for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and is four times the same criminal records.

At around 14:20 on September 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated that, around 304, 112, the Defendant: (b) around 14:20, the 14:3rd apartment 304 p.m. located in Sungyang-dong, Sungyang-gu, Sungyang-si, Sungwon-si, the Defendant reported on the 112 assault, and notified the Defendant of the details that he would accept the Defendant’s report since it is not related to the assault case; (c) the Defendant attempted to board the patrol vehicle; and (d) that “B had come to the prison, I would like to stop the front of the patrol vehicle; and (d) I would like to go to the prison, I would like to go to go to the front of the patrol vehicle; and (d) D’s assaulting to open the back of the patrol vehicle to interfere with the police officer’s legitimate performance of his duties by attaching it to D’s clothes 3 to 4 p.m.
