Punishment of the crime

At around 15:10 on April 11, 2013, the Defendant, without registering a motor vehicle maintenance business to the competent authority, provided the Defendant’s monthly income of KRW 100,000,00 per day from October 201 to the above date, with the color equipment, such as compurururur show 1, presses 1, 1, 3, and 5,000 on the roads of the World Cup Korea and Japan located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant operated the motor vehicle maintenance business from around 10,00 to the above date.
