1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 77,158,985 and KRW 37,089,140 among them, 17% per annum from August 5, 2014 to the date of full payment.

The facts stated in the cause of the claim do not conflict between the parties, or can be recognized by the overall purport of evidence Nos. 1-4 (including a serial number) and all pleadings.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the sum totaling KRW 77,158,985 and the sum totaling KRW 37,089,140, the principal and interest of KRW 77,089,140, which is the day following the base date for calculating the principal and interest, the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 17% per annum, which is the overdue interest rate determined by the Plaintiff from August 5, 2014
