A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 2438"

1. From August 4, 2016, around 09:20 on August 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with the goods owned by the victim Co., Ltd., such as NC department stores, department stores, guard clubs, and one story food stores underground of the PPaeng-ro 81-ro, Sungnam-si, with the creshing of its employees’ surveillance negligence; (b) 2 Montreals on every food store; (c) 2 Korean Hanpoe-si; (d) 2 sofasi-si; and (d) 2 Sofa-si-si; and (e) 39,320 won of the market price owned by the Defendant Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., by using the goods in an amount of 139,320 won.

2. On August 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 12:29, at the 165 minute Police Station C office of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and (b) took place as if the Defendant was D; (c) was investigated by the judicial police officer E who belongs to the said police station on the same theft case as described in the preceding paragraph; and (d) signed the “D” at the end of the interrogation protocol of the suspect; and (d) sealed his seal thereon.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the above D’s signature for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and place as indicated in the preceding paragraph, submitted the protocol of interrogation of a suspect containing a forged D’s signature to the above E and used the forged D’s signature.

4. At around 10:55 on September 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed in a bank prepared in advance a single brotoma in the market value equivalent to KRW 7,800, and one brotoma in the market value equivalent to KRW 11,976, and one brotoma in the market value equivalent to KRW 11,976, and one brotoma in the market value, operated by the Victim G in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; and (b) cut off the Defendant.
