C Imprisonment for six months and for three years, each of the defendants A shall be punished by imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

[2013 Highest 4322] The Defendants discovered financial information, such as: (a) one member of the telephone financial fraud organization called one-time “Singing”; (b) caused the victims to transfer money to one-time “Sing passbook”; or (c) caused the victims to enter a security card number by accessing the bank’s Internet website; and (d) conspired the Defendants to acquire money by means of withdrawing money in cash under the direction of the aforementioned persons without the names of the victims; and (b) intended to obtain money from the Defendants by means of withdrawing money in the Republic of Korea under the direction of the said persons.

Defendant

A, along with a name-free box (O), had Defendant C purchase a one-time passbook from a seller of the one-time passbook (the first name “Tapex”), F (the first name “F chief”), and H (the first name “H chief”), and then withdraw the money wired by the above one-time passbook and transfer the remainder other than profits to Chinese Bosing staff. Defendant C is the Korean total liability which, under the direction of Defendant A and a name-free winner (O) and under the direction of Defendant A, purchases and withdraws the one-time passbook in cash.

1. From January 4, 2012, Defendant C made a false statement to the effect that “10,000 won should be deposited into the national bank account in the name of BC,” and “the deposit should be additionally deposited” to the victim BB on January 4, 2012.

However, there was no intention or ability to engage in sexual traffic even if the victim receives money.

Therefore, the victim was transferred KRW 300,000,000 on the same day to the national bank account in the name of BC, and KRW 200,000 on the same day and KRW 20,000 on the same day.
