1. As to the Plaintiff’s share of 1/8 of the real estate listed in the attached list No. 1, and Defendant B and C on November 30, 1983.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. K has been holding a husband around 1970 and has been holding a director L in the old city with Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant C, Defendant D, Plaintiff C, etc.

M is K's South-North Dong, and Defendant E is M's wife, Defendant F, G, H, I, and J are children of M.

M under the name of Defendant D with respect to 45 square meters prior to the N in Yang-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-si, the District Court of Kui District Court No. 38150 received on May 24, 1978

4.20. He shall complete the registration of ownership transfer based on his own donation.

B. Some of the above N land was expropriated as a fire-fighting road around 1980, and the remaining land became the land indicated in attached Table 2 (hereinafter “instant land”) through a land category change, land size conversion, and land substitution due to partition adjustment on December 30, 1991.

C. On the other hand, around November 1983, the building listed in attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant building”) was newly constructed on the ground of the instant land. Defendant D completed the registration of ownership preservation as to the instant building’s old District Court No. 2843, May 28, 1984.

However, the facts revealed that M donated the instant land to K around 1978 in order to raise her husband, live alone, and assist K with difficult living, and that K constructed the instant building at its own expense around November 1, 1983, and around that time, K donated 1/2 shares of each of the instant land and the instant building to Defendant D and the Plaintiff, South Korea, one-half shares of each of the instant land and the instant building (hereinafter “the instant donation”).

E. Defendant D completed the registration of ownership transfer for one-half of each of the instant shares among the instant land and buildings to his wife by reason of the gift on the same date under the receipt No. 25068 of August 23, 2007, which was received on August 23, 2007. As to each of the instant land and buildings, it was based on the donation on the same date under the receipt No. 3520 of February 20, 2012 by the same registry office.
