1. The judgment of the first instance, including any selective claims added by this Court, shall be modified as follows:

1. Basic facts

A. Status 1 of the parties is the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Building C (hereinafter “instant building”).

(2) Under Article 23 of the Act on Ownership and Management of Condominium Buildings (hereinafter “Building Act”), the Defendant is a management body consisting of all members of the commercial buildings and apartment owners of the instant building with the aim of implementing the instant building, its site and its appurtenant facilities management project.

3) The Plaintiffs, as married couple, are the instant building Gdong (hereinafter “Gdong”).

B) Gdong water supply and fire-fighting water supply system structure 1) G-dong underground is used as machinery room and electricity room (hereinafter “electric tank room”), and high-priced water tank pumps, indoor fire hydrant pumps, fire-fighting hydrant valves, etc. are operated jointly with H, and G-dong underground water supply and fire-fighting water system 1) G-dong underground floors are used as machinery room and electricity room.

2) Water tanks are installed on G-dong 11th floor. At the height of the above water tank 1/2, water tanks are used for water supply purposes. At the height of the above water tank 1/3, water tanks are used for water supply purposes. Water tanks 1 and fire fighting equipment pipes 2 below the height of the above water tank are used for emergency fire fighting purposes. The water level of the above water tank is lower than the height of water pipelines 7 high-rise water pumps automatically operated and water is continuously supplied to the water tank. 3) At ordinary stations, the fire fighters (the fire fighting pipes located on the ground floor and the fourth floor (the fourth floor part) of the water tank are referred to as “instant fire fighting pipes” and the water from the indoor fire fighting pumps are supplied to the underground level of the water tank up to the height of the water tank.
