A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The Defendant stated in the name column of joint and several sureties of the “S”, resident registration number column, address column, and guarantee period column of the printed “Sk Star Loan Contract” as “C”, “4,00,000 won”, “5,560,000 won” in the guarantee amount column, “39% per annum” in the guarantee amount column, and “C” in the special agreement column, and “C” in the joint and several sureties column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant forged a joint and several guarantee contract in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

C. The Defendant stated “C”, “D”, “F” in the resident registration number column, “F”, “G apartment 1****** in Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-do,” in the guarantee period column, “F from March 5, 2013 to March 4, 2018” in the guarantee amount column, “F million won” in the guarantee amount column, “5.6 million won” in the guarantee amount column, “39% per annum” in the guarantee rate column, “39% per annum” in the guarantee amount column, and “C” in the name column of the letter of consent to the assignment of claims and the provision of security.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the joint and several sureties contract in the name of private document C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

The Defendant stated in the name column of the joint and several sureties of the “C”, resident registration number column and handphone column, and the same contents as those described in the preceding paragraph in the “C” in the name column of the joint and several sureties under the printed “Sluri Loan Contract”. The Defendant’s home address column includes “Seoul-do Namyang-si G apartment 2** East-si, Gyeonggi-do 8*),” “4,00,000 won in the guaranteed amount column,” “5,560,000 won in the guaranteed amount column,” “39% per annum in the overdue interest rate column,” “joint and several sureties guarantee” in the “special agreement column,” and “joint and several sureties” column.
