1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) shall:

A. Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) KRW 29,627,321, Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) C and D respectively.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 5, 1995, the Plaintiff purchased a building with a size of 109 square meters and 109 square meters in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, and a building with a scale of 13.9 square meters in G, 13.9 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff-owned land,” and completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 7, 1995.

B. On June 19, 2010, the Defendants purchased a building of large scale 164 square meters and above ground and H large scale 48.9 square meters (the above H land was merged into the above E land on November 3, 2015; hereinafter the same shall apply) and completed the registration of ownership transfer as to each share on July 20, 2010 (Defendant B 33.34/100, Defendant C, and D, respectively).

C. On September 14, 1979, Nonparty I purchased J 256.2 square meters (which was divided into J 166 square meters and K 90.2 square meters on September 16, 2010; hereinafter “I-owned land”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 19, 1979.

On June 20, 2018, registration of preservation of ownership was completed in the name of non-party L on the land building I owned. D.

Plaintiff

Land owned by the Defendants, land owned by the Defendants, and land I are in contact with the attached Form No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 3, 4, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 3, 4, 3, 4, 4, 5, 4, 8, 1, 1 and 1 are adjacent to the south along which the above passage route is linked in sequence.

Until 2013, four households, including the Plaintiff, have passed along the instant road by the instant road, and only the Plaintiff passed since 2014 due to the implementation of the neighboring redevelopment project.

E. Of the instant passages, the number of land owned by the Plaintiff, on which 8.5 square meters inboard connecting each point of Annex 1, 2, 5, 1, 8.5 square meters in sequence with each point of Annex 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8.5 square meters inboard connected each point of Annex 1, 1, 2, 3, 3, 4, 5, 5, and 2, are indicated in Annex 1, 2, 3, 5, and 1
