1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 21, 2008, the Plaintiff and Defendant B concluded the instant insurance contract with Defendant B as the insured on October 21, 2008 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”); thereafter, the policyholder of the instant insurance contract was changed to Defendant A.

B. (1) Defendant B received hospitalized treatment for 14 days at C Hospital on November 3, 2009 due to an insurance accident and the Plaintiff’s insurance money (1) as indicated in the attached Table 2, including the fact that he/she received hospitalized treatment for 14 days from C Hospital on November 3, 2009 to February 11, 2016, as shown in the attached Table 2.

(2) Under the instant insurance contract, the Plaintiff paid KRW 31,773,544 of the insurance money to Defendant B, as shown in the attached Table 2 list.

Among the insurance contracts with Defendant B as the insured, and the insurance contracts whose daily days of hospitalization due to disease or injury are guaranteed as the insured, the contents of the insurance contracts of this case or concluded after the insurance contracts of this case and the insurance proceeds received by Defendant B are as follows:
