1. On the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant),
A. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) A Co., Ltd. shall draw up a separate sheet among the real estate listed in the attached Form 1.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts
A. On May 31, 2017, the Plaintiff and Defendant A’s lease contract was concluded with the Seoul Matro (Seoul Metropolitan Government Urban Railroad Corporation and the Plaintiff were established in consequence of the merger of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Urban Railroad Corporation, and the Plaintiff comprehensively succeeded to all the obligations of the Seoul Matro.
Seoul Matro and the plaintiff are not classified and "the plaintiff".

)에 관하여 계약금액 1,364,812,500원, 임대차보증금 409,443,750원, 차임 월 22,746,875원, 계약기간 2012. 4. 16.부터 2017. 8. 8.까지로 정하여 아래와 같은 내용의 임대차계약을 체결하였다. 2) 원고와 피고 A는 2012. 11. 30. 위 임대차계약의 계약금액을 1,384,393,482원으로, 임대차보증금을 415,318,032원으로, 차임을 월 23,073,220원(= 이 사건 부동산 ㉳ 부분에 대한 차임 월 15,435,185원 이 사건 부동산 ㉴ 부분에 대한 차임 월 7,638,035원)으로 각 변경하였고(이하 변경된 최종 임대차계약을 ‘이 사건 임대차계약’이라 한다), 피고 A는 원고에게 위 임대차보증금을 지급하였다.
