1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:
The defendant and the corporation B are listed in the annexed Table 1.
Reasons
1. The court's explanation on this part of the basic facts is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except as follows. Thus, this part of the basic facts is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Determination
A. The reasons why the court should explain this part of the right to revoke fraudulent act are as stated in the corresponding part of the judgment of the court of first instance (Articles 4, 15, and 7 of the judgment of the court of first instance) except for the addition of the following matters between the 11, 7, and 8 of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, this part of the judgment is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
