A lent KRW 150,00 to the victim F, and the victim G loaned the above money to the victim G.
Defendant
C and Defendant D lent 20 million won and 30 million won respectively to Defendant A when Defendant A lent money to Victim F. Defendant B, and Defendant B was a person in charge of construction when the Victim F was at the hospital.
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. The Defendants in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) entered the victim G’s house through the door door around July 2, 201 in order to receive money lent to F as above from F and the victim G around July 20, 201.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly intruded upon the victim’s residence.
B. The Defendants violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint attack)

2. On June 23, 201, Defendant A’s attempted to take money lent to the Victim F from the Victim F to the J Hospital located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si I on June 14:0, 201, and sought money together with B and D from the victim F, and the two medical treatment rooms are located therein.
