Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s crime of public offering by the Defendants was conducted on the following grounds: (a) the former affairs of M Co., Ltd.; (b) the auditor of Defendant B; (c) the representative director of the N Co., Ltd.; and (d) the Defendant D as a shareholder; (c) the representative director of the M in the name of M from June 4, 2010 to May 20, 2012; and (d) the construction of the P apartment on the ground outside of OO in early September 21, 2012 from June 4, 2010 to September 21, 2012; and (c) the N entered into a contract with M sale agency around December 2010.

The Defendants entered into a false sales contract in the name of the trustee in the name of the trustee when the above apartment was not properly sold, and agreed to receive an intermediate payment loan from the bank in the name of both parties and appropriate funds for the repayment of corporate bonds.
