1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 43,817,640 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 6, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

The Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with audio equipment and other articles from January 2, 2015 to December 31, 2016, and did not receive KRW 43,817,640 out of the price does not conflict between the parties.

According to this, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 43,817,640 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from April 6, 2017 to the date of full payment, which is obviously the day following the delivery date of the original payment order.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
