Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2011, the Defendant concluded a contract with the victim E to purchase scrap metal and non-refinite from the F University removal site, and made a false representation to the removal business entity, which would sell scrap metal and non-refinite from the F University removal site to the president, if the advance payment was made in advance.
