1. Basic facts

3) On January 23, 2011, the Defendant sent to the Plaintiff e-mail with the response on the content requested by the Plaintiff on January 21, 2011, and on February 3, 2011, the Plaintiff sent to the Defendant e-mail with the following contents on working conditions, etc. on which the Defendant sent to the Plaintiff e-mail with the intent to work at the instant restaurant as presented by the Plaintiff. On the same day, the Defendant sent the e-mail with the intent to work at the instant restaurant under the working conditions presented by the Plaintiff. Working hours - Working hours - The expenses necessary for non-acquisition - the company’s burden - the payment of the air ticket cost and leave and two weeks (the first Republic Republic Republic Republic Republic Republic Republic Republic Republic Republic Republic Republic Republic Republic Republic Republic Republic of Korea’s air expense) - the payment of wages to the Plaintiff - the payment of wages from January 1500,000 won to six months after the commencement of work: the payment of wages from KRW 207,000.
