Punishment of the crime

On August 18, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch on August 18, 2009, KRW 2 million as a fine for the same crime in the same court on August 24, 2009, and KRW 5 million as a fine in the same court on February 26, 2015, respectively.

On July 17, 2018, at around 08:57, the Defendant driven a black vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of about 10km from the section of approximately 10km to the roads in front of the first sentence of the Air Force Education Headquarters, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.060%.
