1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 971,986 with the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from July 9, 2019 to October 15, 2019.

Basic Facts
The Plaintiff owns each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant land”), and the Defendants shared each of the instant land at the ratio of 1/2 shares, i.e., e., the 2,334 square meters and its ground and fences adjacent to the instant land.
Of the instant land, the aforementioned building was 32 square meters on board (B) connected each point in order of the indication of the annexed drawing Nos. 1, 13, 14, 15, 16, 12, and 11; and the aforementioned wall Nos. 13, 2, 3, 4, 20, 19, 18, 17, 15, 14, and 13 of the attached drawing Nos. 13, 2, 3, 4, 19, 17, 15, 14, and 13 of the instant land; however, the Defendants removed the aforementioned part of the building and fence as above on May 2, 2019 while the instant lawsuit is pending.
[Reasons for Recognition] A without dispute, Gap 1 through 3, Eul 17 through 19 (including branch numbers; hereinafter the same shall apply), Eul 6 through 9, and the court's request for the delivery and collection of the whole purport of the pleadings as a result of the request for the survey and appraisal on the branch offices of the Korea Land Information Corporation, as a result of the request for the survey and appraisal on the part of Eul 1 through 3, Eul 17 through 19 (including branch numbers; hereinafter the same shall apply), Eul 6 through 9, and the court's request for the delivery and collection of the whole pleadings, on the ground that the plaintiff's request for the above part of this case's land owned by the defendants on the part (B) which is located on the part (a) and 32 m2 m32 m2 of the attached drawing and connected each of the above items among the land of this case, there is insufficient evidence to acknowledge that the above part of the request is insufficient.
According to the above facts of determination as to the claim for return of unjust enrichment, the defendants each have the same drawings as 13, 2, 3, 4, 20, 19, 18, 17, 15, 13, 13, 14, 15, 16, 12, and 13, 13, 2, 3, 4, 20, 19, 18, 17, 15, 14, and 13.
