Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) received a proposal from B to “a person who transferred a private document to another person’s address by making a false lease contract; and (b) made a transfer of a resident registration to C-owned building known to B.

B On July 26, 2017, for the purpose of exercising the real estate display column in the real estate lease contract form, B entered “Seoul Eunpyeong-gu D”, “Seoul Ma,” “Seoul Ma30 million,” “Seoul Ma30 million,” and “C, E, and Seoul MaF” into the lease term column, and then affixed C’s seal to the lessor’s name and affixed C’s seal to the lessor’s name, and the Defendant and B obtained the fixed date at the Gdong office of Eunpyeong-gu on the same day.

In collusion with B, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease agreement in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On July 26, 2017, the Defendant, along with B, lent money at the I coffee shop located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, to J as if he/she was a real estate lease agreement that was duly formed as provided in paragraph 1.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, exercised a forged real estate lease contract.

3. The Defendant, as described in B and B, forged a real estate lease contract as described in B and B, and offered as security the victimJ a 20 million won loan of KRW 40 million from the victimJ to B. On July 26, 2017, the Defendant provided the victim J at the I coffee shop located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul, with B, while presenting the forged real estate lease contract as described in paragraph 2, to the victim J, and there is insufficient repair cost.

The lease of real estate lease contract in the name of the Republic of Korea is different from the lease of KRW 40 million which is provided as security.

The principal and interest shall be paid six months after such date.
