On September 10, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.088% among blood transfusion around 09:42 on September 10, 2017, driven a D-Tech car from the front of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front of Guri-si C.
